Glass Beads

No free iron

Glass beads are a reusable blasting media widely used in blast cabinets and blast rooms for surface cleaning and finishing applications. As the media contains no free iron, it does not cause corrosion on non-ferrous surfaces and is suitable for use on various metal substrates. Because glass beads do not create an anchor profile, they are typically used to clean surfaces without increasing roughness or to produce a smooth, polished finish.
